Terms of Service
These terms govern use of HurryUp: Stock & Cart Timer. By installing or using the App, the merchant agrees to these terms and Shopify's applicable terms.
Service
The App provides Online Store 2.0 low-stock and cart-timer app blocks. Merchants are responsible for configuring, enabling, testing, and using urgency messaging truthfully and in accordance with consumer-protection and other applicable laws.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes the basic features shown in the App, without an order-count limit. The Pro plan is billed at US$2.99 per month through Shopify App Pricing. Shopify handles authorization, billing, cancellation, and any applicable taxes. Plan changes take effect according to the terms shown on Shopify's plan approval page.
Acceptable use
Merchants may not use the App to display false inventory claims, misleading timer behavior, unlawful content, or content that infringes another party's rights. The App may be suspended where necessary to address abuse, security risk, or legal obligations.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without implied warranties and Developer Ravi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from its use.
Termination
A merchant may stop using the App by removing its theme blocks and uninstalling it from Shopify. Theme App Extensions do not leave injected theme code after removal. Pro billing is managed through Shopify.
